PLACING AN ORDER
To place an order, click on the "Add to Cart" button next to each item. When you are finished shopping, select the view cart link and proceed to check out. PRICING AND STOCK AVAILABILITY
Pet Party Place reserves the right to change price without notice! While we make every effort to keep our products listings current, sometimes we may not be able to remove a product from our website, before it becomes out of stock or sold out! If this should occur, Pet Party Place will not be held liable for damages, replacement or losses of this occurrence! Pet Party Place will contact you as soon as possible and offer you the option to substitute or cancel your order for a full refund! In some cases, we may be able to arrange for direct shipping from vendor to you, provided they have your item in stock!

SHOPPING ON-LINE
For your convenience, we have installed a Secured Shopping Cart via Paypal where you may use your credit card for on-line ordering. Shopping online is safe and secure with us! For your protection, your credit card information is deleted after your order is shipped! We will never under any circumstances release any of your information. All information you provide to us will be solely used for the process of your order only! If you experience any difficulties in placing an order, please contact us!

TERMS
We accept credit cards, and E-Checks via paypal. Paypal also allows you to directly transfer from your bank account. We also accept checks, and money orders!

SHIPPING
We ship in stock items within 3 to 5 business days! Items shipped from Manufacturer or Designer may take 7 to 10 business days to ship! For custom made items, please allow up to 15 business days to ship! Orders paid by check or money order may take longer, until funds are cleared! If you need your order delivered sooner, please contact us by e-mail and let us know - we will do our best to accommodate your request!

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

PRIVACY POLICY
Your privacy is important to us!
Making a purchase requires that you supply your contact information (name-email address-shipping address). When purchasing, you will create an account that will store your information, so the next time you shop with us, you will simply log in. Your information is strictly confidential. We use this for your convenience, and to process our orders only!

The information you provide to us will be used solely by us, to process your orders. We will not distribute, display or sell any information you entrust to us. We will not allow any third party access to your personal information unless forced to do so by law! We will not solicit you or contact you outside of order processing!

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
If an item is defective, delivered damaged or you were sent the wrong size/color due to our error, we will honor a return for an exchange of the same or equivalent item! You must report it to us within 7 days of receipt of your item! Because many of our items (large and heavy items such as houses, beds, crates, strollers, carriers, etc.) are shipped directly from our Manufacturers, each case will be handled according to their policies! All RETURN AND EXCHANGE shipping fees will be at purchaser's expense (except in the case of our error)! On items shipped free, we will deduct our original shipping cost, which will always show on shipping label! Only UNWORN ITEMS may be returned! All items must be returned in its original packaging with tags attached, and any instructions included! EXCEPTION: Due to strict Health Regulations, no food or perishables, no pet bedding, beds, blankets, carriers or furniture items will be accepted for returns! Please make sure to measure your pet to fit the dimensions and weight requirements of these items before ordering! RHINESTONE AND CRYSTAL ITEMS: Scratching or rough wear may cause stones to loosen and fall out - No returns or exchanges are accepted on collars, harnesses, leads, pendants, charms, etc. NOTE: CUSTOM ORDERS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR EXCHANGE OR REFUNDS!!!
